Episode 1- "Clearly I'm more intelligent than you!"-Alison

Previously on The Amazing Race. 11 teams of 2 left Santa Monica Pier in California and traveled to Uruguay, Argentina. Each team is made up of an existing relationship. Some dating, friends, family. The first twist came when teams found out that the first flight was longer than the second flight leaving to Uruguay. Navigating through a series of clues, ferries, busses and carrying meat lead them to the detour. While some teams found the clue box easily, 2 teams had difficulty. Once at the pitstop the teams that didn't find the clue, had to go backand get it  However at the end it was a race between 2 teams. In the end Dennis/Erika were the first team to be eliminated. :(          

Episode 2- "It Just Turned Ugly Now"-Kami?

10 left Uruguay and traveled to Argentina. Teams did the disco, tango, and dog walking to get to their Roadblock... chasing the bull. Kami/Karli and Chip/Kim had an all out battle over an taxi. Alison/Donny tried to keep it together but in the end they were eliminated.                             

Episode 3- "I Got Electrocuted"- Charla 

9 teams traveled by plane to San Carlos de Bariloche. Charla/Mirna felt betrayed after Brandon/Nicole broke their alliance at the airport. While 2 teams got on an early flight, others were left on the later flights. Jim/Marsha didn't get tickets on any of the early flights and got on the last flight. It was a sweet roadblock, but some found it a mouthful. After paragliding down a mountain teams went to the pitstop. In the end Jim/Marsha were eliminated. 

Episode 4-" Who says paegant girls don't eat?"

8 teams left the mountanious region of San Carlos de Bariloche in Argentina and traveled to Russia. There were conflicts at the bus terminal when Colin bought tickets for 4 teams. After finding the bronze horseman, and the detour teams had a taste of the good life. Some teams found themselves at a hault when Christy and Nicole couldn't do the roadblock. Chip and Kim were first this week. Bob and Joyce were eliminated.
